New Look Cleaners Complaint

I took a suede jacket to this cleaners to be cleaned. When I picked it and looked at it the next day ,the jacket had the same soil marks as it did when I took it in. Took it back to the cleaners and was told it was not their responsiblity, but the people they send it to, to be cleaned. I told the attendant that I wanted my money back. He called the owner. Owner must have told him they would send it back to be cleaned. I refused saying "Why would I want to get the same results again."
I again asked for my money back and was refused. In thinking about this; looking at the jacket again, my thinking is the jacket never left their location. It was put on a hanger , covered with a paper shoulder cover, a plastic bag, and hung up in the store, with a charge of $35.00.
This is dishonest and deceitful.
