I rented a computer from rent-a-center in Worceter, MA . The customer representative din't not specified that this computer was cracked in the back. A few days later the computer started to shut off and I inspected it. It came to be that this computer was cracked. I called and spoke to one of their customer representative asking why they rented me a computer that was crack, if it was because I suffered from the down syndrome and would be the only person that they could trick to rent a computer that after the months I were to rent it it would had cost me $1,900. Second, they lied about the weekly amount, $15.99 every week starting 11/3/07, but is 11/17/07 and I already have paid $86 dollars and have another payment due of $46.00 on 11/24/07. In my courteours conversation with the customer representative I was yelled at saying that the computer would be taken away from me if I didn't want it crack computer and that the washing machine/dryer that I am paying $100 .00 four months would also be removed and they would terminate the contract. I have been severely abuse for having the down syndrone because of the way I look and the way I talk by different companies. They think is funny in an unmerciful way to make me cry and have severe high blood pressure trying to lead me to having a stroke or heart attack. I pray that other people with the down syndrone that have families that loved them like my family love me and suffered so much for the abuse that uncaring, inhumane people in different company have fun in doing to people with the down syndrone.
