I recently rented a Dollar Rental Car while on vacation in Costa Rica. The car was fine - it worked on the bumpy roads throughout the country. When it comes to customer service, you only have to experience that on the way in, and the way out. (unless you have a problem with the car and you need their help, which we didn't). The people were courteous and friendly. We rented a navigator, which did not work. (maybe it did and we just didn't know how to use it). In any event, they didn't charge us for it, and accepted our word that it didn't work. Well done. We think you should rent with Dollar. Good, friendly, hard-working people.
