I really like Virgin Mobile phone service. Once you get past the repulsive music you're subjected to while on hold, the people I've talked to are friendly and, hey, English speakers.

I seldom use a cellphone, so chose the pay-as-you-go plan that costs $20 every 3 months. If you don't spend that amount in phone calls, it's carried over to the next 3-month period with an additional $20 added. I lost my first phone and had no problem transferring all my credits to the new one.

English speaking is about all you can ask for anymore! :) Good to know they aren't on a call center yet, will look into it!
