I really like Magic Jack - Magic Jack VoIP Telephone Service

I bought Magic Jack to use at home since I no longer have a land line. I primarly use my cell phone most of the time, the only problem with the cell phone at my residence is the signal is weak and there are frequent dropped calls. I decided to give Magic Jack a try and so far I am very happy with the quality of the calls and the entire service. Magic Jack is not for everyone, but for me it is awesome, no more dropped calls and no long distance charges, I love it

Majic jack worked for two weeks then things went south. Echo very bad. Tech support unable to resolve. Cannot get money refunded even though their add says they will refund if not satisfied. Their business practices are not good.

What? A feeble complaint, indeed! This product is worth the logo onscreen, and you can minimize it anytime.

Hate my magicjack and I am sending it back. Too many dropped calls and I don't like my computer being a billboard for their logo. I cannot get off the screen when I want to nor read my emails.
