I really don't know where to complain to!!!!
There is not a government agency that protects contractors from each other.

But, if you are a sub-contractor and you deal with Diamond Group Pools - Watch Out! They won't hesitate to renege on deals that they make with you, no matter what they promised or what it costs you, the sub-contractor!

They don't care how their business practices affect other contractors - only their own bottom line.

Homeowners, think twice. Diamond Group Pools are good contractors. They do a great job. But do you really want to be a part of how they screw other contractors? Bad Karma galore!!!!
