I purchased a wide screen TV at Rex Electronics in St Augustine and it was defective. Rex came and picked up the defective one and I went to the store and chose a 56 inch Samsung. Turned out that one was defective also. The next one (sent by Samsung) was also defective. After 3 tries and 4 months, Samsung finally got it right. The Samsung company was very nice to deal with and my present TV is just great.
However, ---- Rex Electronics would not give us a "LOANER" TV to use during this entire ordeal. My question is "why?" I will never deal with Rex again and would not reccomend that anyone else deal with them either. I understand Rex is a chain of stores but dont know exactly what locations they are in. Avoid stepping into Rex Electronics Stores like you would avoid stepping in dog doo doo!!!!
