I placed an order online for brakes for my Volvo. I called and cancelled the order the same day. They said no problem and would refund my payment of $155.70 and it would take 3-5 business days. It has now been 7 weeks and they haven't refunded my payment yet.... More...

I placed the order and never given a tracking number called 3 business days later talked to Kathy ext1030 and she had no idea where my order was. I asked if I could drive there and pick up my order and was told that there was no way to locate the order so I wait to see if it will show up!!! Now I wonder how their lifetime warranty will work out being that its compicated enough just placing an order!!!
