I placed an order online for brakes for my Volvo. I called and cancelled the order the same day. They said no problem and would refund my payment of $155.70 and it would take 3-5 business days. It has now been 7 weeks and they haven't refunded my payment yet. They will not respond to my phone calls or emails. They must have caller ID because I can't even get through on the phone always getting voicemail, even when I choose the extension that ask if you want to place an order. It is obvious the only way I will get my payment back is through small claims court. They have messed witht the wrong person. I have a good friend that is a columnist for the LA times and has agreed to publish this for me. I hope the lousy $155.70 they stole from me is worth the business they will lose....
