I pay to play pogo games. So why can't I get into pogo?

I have not been able to play games since last Sunday the 12th of Aug.

I have had everything checked on my computer and have everything I need to play games.

I need some answere's now.

You have my money so fix the problem as soon as possible.

this is weird, i can get onto my one account, but cannot get onto my other account. where do you go in to pay on the account???? this is so frustrating, why am i not notified that my account is due? i would like an answer right away please

enjoyed it for 10 days, and
then it dissapeared. All my points and badges are wiped clean. The charge is on my credit
card, What gives? Please answer, before I call my credit card and cancel. shifra 60

Rwice niw I have bought and paid for a download + a CD for two different games and cannot access either of them. I am given a runaround by Windows and everbody else. What's wrong with this picture. I intend to cancel your money as soon as our credit card bill comes unless you fix this situation. This better not be another leg-pulling deal from you, Pogo
