I ordered my kids christmas...

I ordered my kids christmas gifts from a large online retailer. Order was shipped using 2 day shipping. It never turned up. After contacting the shipper they have said that Fedex lost the package 'in transit'. However the website says that the package is at 'fedex facility'. Now this is a pretty large box and weighed 68pounds. Tried to contact these folk to find out what is going on. Got an automated reply, but they never bothered to reply....
Never again FEDEX.
