I ordered a product from asseenontv.com OVER A MONTH AGO. This was my first time ordering anything from TV, and I was incredibly leery. Now I know why. I have yet to receive this product, and am getting no help whatsoever from their "customer service" department. The woman I spoke to was rude, unhelpful, unsympathetic and hung up on me! And, no, I did not use foul language with her. I just want to receive the product I PAID FOR. Is that too much to ask? Apparently, it is. I will never order from them again and neither should you. Doing business with this company has been nothing but a big ball of stress.
