I ordered a car battery over three weeks ago. I could not get any shipping information. They were very rude and unprofessional. Never do business with this company.

I agree 100%. I'm having to dispute my charge finally throuhg my credit card. The man got to the point of hanging up on me when I asked for my money back. I have NEVER EVER experienced customer service this bad in my life. I order things off the net all the time too and always SOME sort of resolution can be reached. I'm rediculously patient, I work in a customer service department.
