I ordered Adobe CS 3 Web Premium from Adobe.com - at $1,700 it's not a small purchase. I have still not rec'd my product and when I called customer service I got some person in a call center in the Phillipines who had no idea what to do to help me and kept saying 'We're not allowed to give out any information' and 'We're not allowed to transfer your call to a supervisor' when I was asking for someone else to help me.
She had my order number right in front of her but could not or would not give me the tracking number, mailing service, or expected delivery date. She basically told me nothing more than that she could see my order had been shipped. Woohoo. In the meantime I'm out nearly two grand and have nothing to show for it.
I placed this order on the 20th - ten days ago, what is taking so long??
And SHAME ON YOU Adobe for charging so much and then hiring unhelpful morons in the third world to answer your calls for you. Where is my product??!!
