I needed a carpet steam cleaned so I did some research online and came up with York Carpet Cleaners. The price was fair so I made an appointment. When I called the day before to confirm the 10am appointment, the sales guy said it will be closer to noon. Ok, when were THEY going to call and tell me that. I agreed as long as it wasn't after noon. Come 11:30 that day, I had to call again, and he said most likely 12:30. I asked for a discount for the delay, and he said he couldn't give a price until they saw the carpet. Well we'd already agreed on a price. I promptly cancelled the appointment, and told him the service was awful.

York Carpet Cleaners very friendly but totally unreliable Changed agreed time several times, picked up carpets brought them back, on the wrong date, and they looked as if all that was done was a good vacuuming. Very shady people, fast talkers I did not feel comfortable with these people and would not recommend them to anyone
