I moved and had no option other than to take another phone service. I tried.. to cancel my vonage account. WRONG! If you want to cancel your service.. forget about it. They keep you on hold for 30 minutes then disconnect the call. When you finally (after two or three aborted sessions of holding) get in touch with a representative you cannot understand their articulation. Then they spend MORE of your time attempting to prevent you from cancelling and finally.. voila! they agree and then inform you that there is an early termination fee.
This is certainly not a company I will ever do business with again. Boo-Hissssss Vonage. Bad bad business and I do now hope Verizon is able to chew you up and spit you out.
