I use the First Convenience Bank in Friendswood, Texas. I love the people there. Several of the tellers and the bank manager have gone out of their way to help me. They offer the personal service that is not available with the larger banks. In this day of automated systems with impersonal service and non-exisstant customer service....this bank is a refreshing change. So often as a consumer I feel like companies really could care less if they offer me good service. First Convenience has my loyalty!
