I love my t-mobile service and recommend it to anyone. However the dimwits who (are granted paid minimum wage) work at the Astor Place location have about 45 brain cells between them - and when I was there about 7 employees were working. I waited IN THE LINE!!! for about 10 mintues before anyone took notice me or quit gabbing about Jaun's hot new ride out in queens. Holla back! It was ridiculous. If you can deal solely with online or phone customer service I recommend it. The human beings SUCK!

The only human being that sucks is you! Do you actually know how much they make? No you don't, it's not minimum wage. I can't imagine why people wouldn't rush to serve a demeaning elitist.
