Before i got the magic jack i read so many bad reviews so i choose not to buy it... But my mom got me it for Christmas. It works absolutely great, the sound quality is great. It sounds better than my cell phone and as well as any regular phone. I had it for about two weeks and it hasn't given me any problems. I love it. The installation process took literally one minute. I would recommend it to everyone. I really don't understand all the complaints. It might have something to do with their internet service.
