I lost my cell phone,so I go to Radio Shack to price out another phone.The sales person says it will cost me 300.00 dollars.I said that was a little expensive,but she said i could qualify for a charge card I said okay.I got some other items and asked about cigular insurance,she said radio shacks insurance was better so I got it.She said it would cover everything lost,stolen anything.I left 400.00 dollars in debt and happy.Two months later the phone got wet and to my surprise the insurance didn't cover nothing.I feel screwed and never got kissed.Iv'e talked to cingular and radio shack and radio shack is like did you not read the paper I was like they were closing and I work at nights. I had a run for work. I didn't believe that some companies put that much pressure on people to work. They have lost a good customer and I will let the world know that Radio Shack cannot be trusted.
