I hope Sears goes out of business!!!!!!!

There is no such thing as customer service at Sears. No wonder their stock is falling. I've been trying to resolve my service problem since January. It is the end of May and the ordeal still is not over yet. I'm tired of the running around, all my calls being transferred, being lied to by their reps and service techs that don't know what they are doing. I've sent my complaint to the BBB but Sears is hell bend on fighting me on this even thought their tech was the one that broke my tv. Their own tech confirmed to me that it was the first tech that broke my tv and they are still fighting me. Sears is a thieving and lieing company. I will never shop there again and will tell my story to anyone that will listen. I will write on every website I find. NEVER SHOP THERE.

Hey!!
Please let me know the outcome of your problem. The same thing just happened to us. We paid Sears more than $3,000 for blinds for our new home 2 months ago. The first time they came they noticed the measurements were wrong and we were left without some blinds because of their mistake. Then, to make things worst the installer came back and while attempting to install the missing blinds he broke our 52 inches LCD TV, the Tv stand and the surround system; as he fell on everything. Now... the blinds are not complete, the TV unit is broken and they told us to deal with installer. What do we do?

If the first tech. broke your tv and he admitted to it. Take them to small claims court! They well settle out of court with you in hopes of avoiding the bad publicity.
