I hired this company to repair a leaking toilet. Two men showed up and thew older man began working in his truck. the younger man (the apprentice)went to look at the toilet. He was informed that the toilet was leaking and he shouild check for water damage when he had the toilet removed. He totally disregarded what he was told. What he did was replace the o ring and reseat the toilet. He then tried to mask any future leak by caulking around the base of the toilet. He then declared the job done. the older man never checked the work of his apprentice. Within a couple of weeks the leak was back. I chose to have another company come out and fix the problem because I did not have confidence that All American Plumbing could complete the task at hand. I contacted All American to discuss the work they had done and ask for a refund. I left eight messages before the owner finally called me back. She was rude and condesending to me on the phone. I asked her if I could call her back since I was on vacation. after vacation I called the owner of All American Plumbing and was told she was out and would return my call when she returned. She never returned my calls. I took the next step and wrote a letter explaining the situation and asking for my $103.87 to be returned to me. after a few more phone calls I realized that the company did not care about customer service and that they were never going to return my calls. It was because the company All American Plumbing was not willing to discuss the issues that I decided to write this review. In my opinion this company does sloppy work and does not care if the customer is satisfied with the work. IIf you choose to have this company do work for you please be careful because they do not take their responsibility seriously. I should note that if the owner had returned my phone calls I would have been willing to drop this whole thing but as it dragged into he third month I felt the public should be aware of such business practices and beware.
