I have never had such a BAD car buying experience, They had the truck I wanted and im pleased with the Truck but the lack of customer service and management at that office was terrible. They did not pay off my trade in and did not give the services they promised I would NOT refer them to anyone I know. Overall two thumbs way down.

Beware of Wade Ford. I waited 2 hours and paid $140 for a replacement ignition key. I just found out that Smith Ace Hardware on West Paces does most ignition keys for $70 and in 5 minutes. Not smart Wade Ford.
