I have local, long distance & International service with Excel Communications . I reported my problem on Thursday, June 6, 2007 that I am unable to call long distance on my phone. Each time I am transferred to repair service, someone comes on the phone and identifies themselves and I am put on hold then the phone line goes dead. I am paying for a service I am unable to use. This company is deplorable. What should I do? Thank you.

Excel blocked my service on one of my lines for $20 after 10+ years of service on two lines. Someone needs to explain customer loyalty or customer service to them.
