I have bought a camcorder from them and it was defected. I asked to have it replaced,for one of equal value, because they do not have the same one in stock. Now my warranty has expired and the Sony company in it-self, wants me to send it to them, so they can fix it at cost. I have contactacted Walmart several times before, and they replied that they, will notify me within 24 hrs. two months' ago. I have bought 3 or 4 Video tapes to make sure that it was not the tapes. My question is, I was well eithin my,warranty date with this issue. Now I have to send it to the company to be repaired a then have to pay. I feel i should not have to pay when, I copntacted the so prior to my warranty (30), Is there any justice to this maddness. I am now feeling that Walmart is not a reliable sourse for business. If anyone else has experienced this type of abuse or have any concerns, I urge you to Step forward. Mike Jones
