I have been doing business with various banks in NYC for many uears. I was introduced to Wachovia through a professional organization and they were interested, attentive, pleaseant, and engaged. They took time to learn abot my business and offered solutions to help us achieve what we needed to. Three months ago, we moved our personal and business banking to them and we have had great experiences both with the business team locally and via phone as well as simply walking into varoius branches in Chelsea, Midtown and the Upper East side and getting a pleasant hello instead of the staff trying to avoid eye contact. Our former bank (Chase) could honestly care less whether we stayed with them - this bank wants to do business with you - it's refreshing and a pleasure.
