I have a 2004 dodge ram 1500 4 door. The rearend came out in sept of 2006. It was replaced and now 1 year and 7 weeks later the rear end differential is out again. Service department at Patterson Dodge tells me it is out of warranty and they cannot help me. Well the warranty is out by 7 weeks but the truck was brought back before this 7 weeks time perios with the same problem and was not fixed . The first repair was around $6500.00 and now they want $2100.00 to do part of the work again. I feel this is unfair. The rearend should not have come out again and especially this soon. The service man that worked on my car said he saw no signs of abuse to the vehicle and there is no abuse to this vehicle. I think this is poor service on Patterson Dodge's part. There is no ACCOUNTABILITY anywhere in this company. Everybody wants to pass you to someone else and makes you feel like you are just a waster of there time. Based on my service experience with this delaership I can assure you that I would never purchase anything from them.
