I hate Target. The clerks do not...

I hate Target. The clerks do not speak to the customer and eye contact is avoided at all times. The clerk will stack the bags on the 6 inch counter, rather that place it in the cart. Most of the time, I am charged twice for an item, if I happen to catch it before I leave the store, I have to go to CUSTOMER SERVICE AAAARRRRGHHHH to get my refund. I believe it is Target's practice to randomly double charge customers, because it happens so often.

Yes, the company is out to get you. They have this training session to tell people, "Double charge them...so they'll come back and bother us and write internet posts."

Right because Target really needs to double charge poor little ol' you in order to make any profit.
