I had so many problem just getting Time Warner to come to my apartment while I was in San Antionio so I could have my cable, digital phone, and internet hooked up. They would tell me they were going to be there one day and when I would check back the date would be completely different. When they finally did show up they were late and it wasted my whole day. When I went to disconnect my service because I was moving I went to their office and returned all the equipment that I had borrowed. I also paid off everything that I owed on my bill. The other day I got a bill in the mail from them that said I owed them 1 penny and the bill was due on the 23rd and that day had passed already. I think there is something very wrong with the way they are conducting their business. Next time I will choose a more competent company to do business with.
