Complaint

I had a salesman talk to me about a roof it was shingle and rubber. i was told they had there own contractors which was not true. they get subcontractors. they were not proffesional . i had to give gas for them to use a machine. i was not told they were going to use my electric. one worker was out drinking the night before came late. the clean up was not done good at all .they never called to see if every thing was ok.my roof leaked and i left a message, i had to call again. never said what time they would come.so i must cancell a Dr. appt.i had a contractor also a proffessional worker point things out to me,i am a widow and a disabled person. i feel they tried to take advantaged of me.i was told i would get a warranty on my shingles never seen it was promised it would be sent.never did. i can not say they are 50 year shingles because i don't have proof.i could cry.there was so much told to me and i feel they were not truthful.
