I get my phone and Internet from Verizon. I'm no fan of big conglomerates, but when my Internet went out this morning I realized..."this never happens". It NEVER happens - except this one time this morning - and I take that for granted. Which is precisely as it should be. And, in the age of horrid customer service, that is amazing.

My Internet was back up and running in a few minutes. It was really temporary and if I had any kind of life, I wouldn't have even noticed.
