This company is a joke. The "contract" they have you sign doesn't have anything written in it about their "policy" on returning your money. It actually said there is no fine print! HA, thats because they like to keep everything secret until you ask for your money back when they don't follow through with their end of the deal. After reading reviews, I got nervous that my DJ was not going to show. I called and spoke with Dave and Ryan to make sure we had a DJ. I called three times before my wedding and each time they said someone would be getting back with me. However, each time they told me a different DJ's name, then kept telling me a closer date to my wedding when that person would call. After hearing what happened to the bride that her DJ didn't show up, I really couldn't take that chance. SO, 1 week before I had to find a new DJ. I can't see how they expect any DJ to meet with a bride and groom the very week of their wedding to plan the event! Every other DJ service I spoke to meets people FAR in advance to plan out the details and make sure they can pronounce the names. NOW, a sensory sound system is not going to return my money because all of a sudden there is a "policy" that being so close to the wedding they can only return 40%. If it wasn't in the contract, then I didn't agree to that! WAY TO MAKE A BRIDES BEST DAY OF HER LIFE STRESSFUL JUST BECAUSE YOU HAVE A BIG EGO AND A TERRIBLE BUSINESS. I'm getting a lawyer to sort this out because I cannot believe this company is allowed to operate!
