I could not access my account and I emailed them, I was then directed to request service through my account. So I needed to access my account, so I could get service to access my account. Made no sense to me. I called, noone picked up. I sent an email informing them that I was cancelling, I was informed no refund. Recently I got an invoice and was informed they would automatically bill me unless I told them not too. I informed my account had been cancelled and that I would sue for fraud if they charged me. This was their response.

You are such an idiot you cannot tell the difference between an unpaid invoice and a paid
invoice. We look forward to laughing at you in court.
