I carried my car in for a turn...

I carried my car in for a turn signal indicator repair. He told me that it would be a few minutes and the the brake light of the housing in the rear looked bad. I told him we would fix that later he said ok. About 15 minutes later he returned holding a 16" wire with a bulb at the end that clearly been cut and did not returned it to me. He said that it must have been resting on something that made it cut there was no problem before why would it been cut. He then told us that it was going to a all day job to fix and that he couldn't fix it today. Sounds like he wants me to pay out the nose for a complete wire job. I wished I never carried it to you.
