I can't get into my EarthLink web mail email account and no one there cares one whit about it. So frustrating to know there are work orders coming in midweek and no way for me to access. I've switched over in an emergency to another provider and may very well stay there.

What's happened to good old releable Earthlink?? And when can we expect a "fix"?
