I cannot obtain dial up service...

I cannot obtain dial up service from aol. The service center
does not respond and rejects my attempts to contact them.
I am old, but not stupid, I can plainly see that aol is doing this to get nerds like me to buy expanded services. I am ready to cancel aol and return to my previous server.
