I bought a $500 Sony camera at Best Buy that broke within six months. When it broke again (the same way) 12 days outside of the one year warranty, Best Buy refused to stand behind it or have it fixed again.

Not going there again More...

Once it's outside of the manufacturers' warranty, best buy no longer get funding from them to fix or repair a product. Should have bought the PSP.

It's silly to think that they can make exceptions.
