I am remodeling my kitchen and just went (1/5/08)to Home Depot to shop for the works - cabinets, counters, appliances. The customer service was TERRIBLE! When I asked to look at appliances I was told to look at cabinets first, however, the woman in that department... More...

Why go to a store like the one mentioned here. People just don't get it because of all the advertisements we are bombarded with about buying from the big box stores. If you want to buy kitchen cabinets, buy from a kitchen cabinet store, appliances from a appliance store, etc. When dealing with the big box stores you will only get the run around should you encounter problems. The associates don't give a shit as they are here today gone tomorrow. Store management don't care either as they are probably screwing off somewhere in the store so as not to have to deal with the consumer. Enough said.
