I am 63 yrs old, in the last 2 years I have had spine surgery,two stens placed in my heart and a hip replacment,I have not been able to work a regular job for several years and have large sums of medical bills to pay. I was listening to radio one day and heard a commerical from the TRUMP UNIVERISTY about a WEALTH BUILDING ACTION PLAN KIT. It was a very good commerical and I responded to the 800
number and ordered the kit. My kit was shipped the same day that I ordered (8-31-07) very good sertvice,just what you would expect from TRUMP. The kit consisted of some CD's and seven books, the cd's were great and the books were good. As I was reading one of the books my phone rang,it was MR HILTON from TRUMP UNIVERISTY. He told me that they were looking for a SELECT FEW in my area to train in a new real estate course they had developed. He ask If I had good credit, I told him my medical situation and I did not know about my credit,he said no problem i can ckeck that for you. Within a min. or so he had me set-up with a VIRTUAL CREDIT CARD from HSBC BANK. MR HILTON ask me several questions and finally said he thought I had the qualities they were looking for and he was going to recommend me for the course and that I could make a lot of money and I would not have to make any payments for six months. I was of course glad that I was selected for the program and it was being financed free for six months.The cost ended up being $8,100 DOLLARS. After getting off the phone with MR. HILTON I went to my computor and looked up TRUMP UINIVERISTY , looked the site over, it had all kind of courses you could buy , none had the prices listed,if you wanted to make a purchase you had to call. I decided check if they were making any gurantees. Yes, there it was ! 30 DAYS SATISFACTION or your Money Back--no questions.
or your money back---no questions asked. Later that day I recieved an E-Mail with my pass
word to my personal learing web site. Once I entered I had to fill out several forms. There was also an ENROLLMENT AGREEMENT which told the amount, the courses , the payment terms ect.

There was also a bunch of LEGAL JARGON, which I mostly never read (I HAD TRUST IN THE TRUMP NAME) I was required to sign the enrollment agreement to proceed ,so I did. I started the course on 9/12/07, on 10/8/07 I called the HSBC BANK and told them to stop Payment on my VIRTUAL CREDIT CARD, they told me I would first have to take with MR.HILTON at TRUMP UNIVERSITY and they would issue credit. I called MR. HILTON and told him that my credit and my health would not allow me to continue with the course , he said ok , and hung-up. I called the HBSC BANK back today (9/11/07) and they informed me that they had not yet recieved a credit as of today. So I called customer service at TRUMP UNIVERISITY and was put on hold for 30 min. finally I spoke with a lady named ELISABETH and explain the situation to her , she told me that I should go back and read my ENROLLMENT AGREEMENT, that i did not have a 30 day guarantee ,but a (3) THREE DAY GUARANTEE. I refered her to the TRUMP UNIVERISTY WEB SITE that stated the 30 day guarantee. She looked it up and said I was right, but she did'nt think it applied to the course that I bought and transfered me to her supervisor, His name is GREG at ext. 4017. Greg was very rude and keep telling me to read my Enrollement agreement and take it to my lawyer if I did'nt like it. He stated that the gurantee on the web site was OVERULED by my Enrollment Agreement. WHAT'S up DONALD? Surely your not ripping off seniors. and you should teach Greg at extention 4017 some manners. I'm not going to be able to pay for your course, so if I had any credit it's gone now that I attended TRUMP UNIVERISTY !
