I WONDER IF REWARD ZONE EVEN...

I WONDER IF REWARD ZONE EVEN EXISTS! OCTOBER 07 I BOUGHT A COMPUTER AND OTHER ITEMS AND WAS TOLD THAT I WOULD RECEIVE MY POINTS OR COUPONS OR WHATEVER IN 7 TO 14 DAYS. I HAVE HAVE CONTACTED THE MAIN OFFICE MANY TIMES AND TOLD EACH TIME THEY WOULD BE IN THE MAIL [HA-HA] IT IS NOW THE END OF DECEMBER AND STILL NO COUPONS. SOUNDS TO BE JUST A GIMMIC. ALSO THEY NEED TO DO TRAINING ON THERE EMPLOYEES EACH TIME I WENT TO THE STORE I WAS TOLD DIFFERENT STORIES.

You don't get your coupons for 6-8 weeks. The points from your purchase doesn't post until the return policy for your computer is up. Then, depending on if you get them by mail or email, they are sent. By email you have to go to www.myrewardzone.com and print them out before they expire. By mail, it takes another 2 weeks past the return policy due to printing and sending.

And how is it a scam if the rewardzone program is free?

But, yes, there are some stupid people and training is shotty.
