I HAVE HAD THE WORST SERVICE...

I HAVE HAD THE WORST SERVICE SINCE BEING A "NEW AT&T" CUSTOMER! IN JULY I MOVED AND HAD TO TRANSFER SERVICE TO MY NEW HOME. MY MOVE WAS DELAYED BECAUSE OF HORRIBLE STORMS IN THE HOUSTON AREA. AS A RESULT I HAD TO CHANGE SOME OF MY HOOK-UPS AND JUST COULDN'T GET MY MOVE DONE QUICKLY. I CALLED THE CABLE COMPANY AND MOVER TO MAKE A TIME CHANGE WITH QUICK SERVICE AND NO PROBLEMS. BUT WHEN IT CAME TO AT&T I WAS PLACED ON HOLD TWICE AFTER BEING CUT OFF AND WASTED A TOTAL OF 45 MINUTES ON THE PHONE WITH THEM! THEN ON THE INSTALLATION DAY THE WEATHER WAS TERRIBLE, SO THE INSIDE WIRING WAS DONE AND THE TECH TOLD ME I WOULD BE HOOKED UP TO THE POLE THE NEXT DAY...

2 DAYS LATER I FINALLY HAD TO CALL THEM TO GET AN "EMERGENCY HOOK UP" COMPLETED. I AM CURRENTLY SEEKING OTHER SERVICES (POSSIBLY INTERNET BASED) AND I RECOMMEND STAYING AWAY FROM AT&T.
