I Called SMITH'S IMPLEMENTS INC. too get a price on a John Deere Utility cart # 15 after the man I spoke with told me they did not make that one anymore which turned out too not be true he stated I could buy a # 18 for 339.00 dollars I asked if he had any in stock he put me on hold and when the man got back on the phone with me he was ruid very ruid then said he had one in the box I could have for 350 he said if it was assembled it would be 379.00 I told him the man stated 339.00 then he really got even more ruid then said price was 379.00 I asked too speak with a manager then he put me on hold then said if I wanted anything else I said yes please let me speak with a manager he then said goodbye and hung up on me. I called back a few minutes later I found the name of the owner Ross Smith he was telling me he was recovering from cancer I have been dealing with that since oct 96 I do not use that as an excuse for anything and let alone let a salesman be ruid too a customer. Then he Mr. Smith condoned everything his salesman said he over heard everything. I was in shock This is not John Deere standerds or the way I am use too being treated. Please this needs too be brought too someones attention and fast. Thank You so much Cpl. Michael Talamantes
