Huge Disappointment - Christmas centerpiece

My disappointment when I walked into my sister's home for Christmas dinner and saw the centerpiece that had been deliverd to her was so deep I wanted to cry. I had ordered a Premium centerpiece and what she received was barely minimal. I called Teleflora to complain and learned that the company was aware that substandard arrangements had been delivered. I was also told that nothing would have been done about it if I had not complained. They did offer me a 50% credit but the fact that they were aware of these substandard arrangements and did nothing about them without prompting is very disappointing. I have had issues with the company in the past but decided to give them another try. But this is the end, my floral business will be going to another company.

Unless you order directly from the florist who will be filling your order you will be disappointed again. Do not use a middle man that promises the world to get your order but has no idea what the actual florist has in stock on any given day. The best bouquets that go out of my flower shop are the ones that my customers order direct from me with the details of the flowers used left up to me. I am a creative professional florist not an assembly line worker. If you give me the option to create something stunning I wil never fail to exceed your expectations.
