Shame on you Mary Cruz, Tell the truth,I went above and beyond for you as did your attorney's office, everyone is an angel, until things don't go your way ! see attached email from mary cruz, you knew the home was a foreclosure and we did not have an exact date for closing, but.. because of the sale of the home you were living in sold, you decided to come to CT, before the closing date was detemined. I told you I did not jknow of a hotel where you could keep 8 dogs,and maybe you should look into a kennel until you were able to move into the home. You kept changing mortgage companies and attorneys, the attorney you did hire, that you never paid, did get a hold harmless so you could move into the house before it closed, even after you were extremly nasty to everyone over and over again, but then you didn't want to move in. you are a very nasty person, and only nice when things go as planned for yourself. Then you trash people because of Your own actions, take some responsibilty.Hey Marybeth,

I do appreciate what you are doing we are leaving and will b there by Friday anyway. If there is anyway we could go into the house before then that would b great. I think everyone is on edge and when the tenant, who is moving in on Thursday, came to look around today it hit big time. We were homeless...........And although as a mother I would never put my boys in that position is what it is at this moment u know.

Terry is also at a big time stress for this is the first time he is dropping us off and coming back to FL with out the boys. They have not been apart ever. It is just STRESS everywhere>>>>>>>>>>>>

We did speak to Art and he is to get in touch with us tomorrow. We will b leaving at 12am tomorrow. I will have my lap top and phone all the time.

Hi Mary,
I never said we didn't have a "sales agreement", Terry ,said that to me on the phone. I said the property being sold was subject to bank approval, as it is stated on the listing sheet. I understand that you have done everything you were suppose to do to purchase this property, all I said to Terry was, I have no control over the bank.
Your money is being held in an escrow account held by Remax.
I spoke with Art Rose this evening, and gave him your phone number to call you and Terry. He told me the bank needed a few papers from the seller's and that once they receive the needed paperwork, they should approve the purchase.
The seller's of record did accept your offer and that is why we proceeded, however it was still subject to the bank approval. Hopefully this will be done by Friday. I have also asked for a 'hold harmless" which means you could move into the home until the closing. Art told me he would talk to the seller's to see if they would agree to it.

If there was something I was able to do to rush this process I would.
I know Art is trying his best to accelerate the bank as best he can.

I am very sorry this is so stressful and is taking so long. I will do all I can to help in any way I can.

Well I guess its ok by now i spoke to Josh's asst and she said they hav a closing for the 8th but i wont be ready so I told her Monday the 13th k. Question we will be up there by the 12th is it possible to lease the house for one day. ntil we close? k let me know also need utilitiy co's for light and all that. thanks I do so appreciate everything u have done I mean it Gawd bless UUUUUUUUUUU thank u mary

Hey Marybeth Josh at Merryl Lynch beat my girlfriends interest rate so Im going with him K. AAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHH.................... He can also close the 7-8th. he sending the letter of commitment. K I will let u know during the day whats happening. Thanks Mary
