Hotel fee not fully disclosed; customer service doesn't care - Hotels

So the title pretty much says it all. I'm looking for a hotel in Austin and agree to $50 a night. Where they put me in the hilton by the airport. I find out parking for the hotel is $20 a day! So now I'm not paying $50 but I'm paying $70. They don't tell you about this hidden fee and they don't offer a way for you to reject it once you've agreed to pay the $50 you get put pretty much where ever they want you. That extra $20 a day for parking adds up quickly so it's simply unacceptable.

I called their #800 and spoke with 4 very rude customer "service" reps all of which told me "you agreed to pay all hotels hidden fees" and hung up on me. not once but 4 times. They refused to transfer me to a manager and hung up on me! Luckily in these situations I make sure I get their Name and employee ID first... which are:

Great post - I am having several issues myself and used information contained in your post to find a resolution. Additionally, I checked LinkedIn and Spoke networks - Tim Gordon's Asst contacted me, but gave a a company line - "no changes". The battle continues...
