HotFash shoes on Amazon were out of stock but still allowed to order?! - Shoes

Now this I just don't understand.
I ordered a pair of shoes from an outside vendor on Amazon. On Amazon they listed the item as in stock and will ship in three to four business days. I was charged and send a note saying my order was being processed. a full WEEK later I recveived another notice saying the item was no longer in stock and I would receive a refund. It took TWO WEEKS longer to get my money back. I don't know who to blame, Amazon or the vendor? Who's in charge of the way things get listed on the site? Amazon or the vendor?

Blame the Vendor, Amazon is not responsible for their actions. The Vendor is the one who supplies Amazon with stock information.
