Horrible sales experience

I have purchased many cars; and I have never been through such a horrible sales experience in my life as with this dealership. I have purchased a jeep from this place 3 years ago. I have also recommended this place to many people. On Jan 1 2009; I asked my friend to meet me at the dealership to look for a used Chrysler 300. After spending about 2 minutes looking at the used cars; a sales person asked us if we needed help. We exclaimed that we would like to browse the lot; and we would come and get him if need be. Jumping ahead a bit: He became very pushy and disrespectful as the buying experience advanced into the financing stage. After he proceded to belittle my purchase of a Ford Mustang (2 years earlier from a private party) I told him that that was none of his business. I than wanted to read the fine print at the bottom of the sales contract; and he preceded to tell me that I was not here to help my friend; but rather to destroy his chances of selling her a car. I told him that his opinion did not matter to me and that I was there to make sure that she would get a good deal. He than asked me to leave because he was getting tired of me being there. I told him that I was finished with him anyhow. He than through several exlpetives at me in front of my friends 10 year old son. I than asked for the sales manager and told him that I would never come back to there dealership and that I also would never recommend there dealership ever again. I feel as though I was utterly disrespected; and I am considering legal action.

i bought my car from power chrysler a little over a year ago. i had also worked for autonation at the time. after my experience with this part of autonation, i could not believe how the sales team and service managers would treat a customer that had just purchased 2 vehicles from them. i am female, and no one would listen to me about getting my car fixed that i had less than a week until my DAD called and complained to the sales manager. i would NEVER go to another power dealer ship again. i hope autonation goes under in the horrific economy these days. it would be about the only good thing to happen. NO ONE should be subject to anything that i have had to go thru, or the person writing the review i am responding to
