Horrible restoration and painting - restored old metal glider

We ordered a glider and specified a paint scheme. When it showed up 21/2 months later, it was so bad my wife cried. They did nothing. I communicated with no feed back except for "they would stand behind their workmanship" Once they viewed the pictures I sent, all communications were ended. I would never deal with them agian and from other postings I don't know why they are in business. I would like to take legal action but not sure how.
