Horrible quality of furniture and customer service - brown oversized couch

Bad quality of furniture. Horrible customer service. We tried getting a service tech out for 3 weeks. We kept missing them because they are only available during the day...who in their right minds is off during the day to be available for the tech? no one, because we have to work to pay off the overpriced furniture we unfortunately bought. I would not recommend this company to ANYONE.
