McDonald's (McDonalds) Consumer Complaint

Horrible experience

I visited your new location, and was appaled at the level of unprofessional persons and as well as a disorganized mess. There were 6 of us lined up inside and the drive through was equally a mess. A customer had a problem with the order he had placed at the drive thru and was forced to come into the store. The woman in the blue shirt who I would assume outranked the red shirts offered no apology for the mix up but rather threw the items forcefully into the trash in front of all the persons waiting at the counter. It was more than she was having a bad day, both of the young women looked as if they had worked in the uniforms for a year with torn dirty hems, filthy shoes and shirts with tails dragging. I was concerned about the cleanliness of the persons hadling my food, when this is what you see in the front. In defense of the gentlemen working there, the men in blue shirts were in ties and clean, and the poor souls forced to wear the red shirts were obviously held to a higher standard.
But my real complaint is that in all my

50 years I have never had to wait 10 minutes for my meal at a peak time, and the poor souls still standing at the counter when I arrived had been there longer.

The entire experience of kids hanging around and shouting to their friends in the back who were working, made me thankful that I dont employ any of them myself. The beverage area was out of covers for the sodas, had no napkins though 4 units were there, and when some one who obviously worked there or knew the blue shirted woman named jess asked for toilet paper for the restroom, which I thank god I didnt need to use, responded with I am busy get it yourself in the closet. She did just that. Thank heavens for you that it wasnt a customer who had to get her own restroom supplies. I have to say that being a business owner myself, I am very understanding of issues of finding decent help, but I cant imagine that even if the store was privately owned and operated, that you would want your stamp of approval on this location.
It was exciting that this was a new location in my area(remodeled) and is much closer to my home than the store in Hudson, but if I choose to patronize Mcdonalds in the future, I would drive the extra miles. I feel that this should be forwarded to the owner of the store because he cant possibly be aware of what happens when hes not in
